The Joint Entrance Examination for admission to degree level Homoeopathy, Ayurvedic, Unani, Physiotherapy, Nursing courses in West Bengal for the academic session 2014-15 will be held on Sunday, June 15, 2014.
WBJEE JENPARH 2014 is conducted for Admission to B.H.M.S. (Homoeopathy), B.A.M.S. (Ayurvedacharyya), B.U.M.S. (Bachelor of Unani Medicine & Surgery), B.Sc. Nursing and B.P.T. (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) courses in different Government / Private Homeopathic / Ayurvedic / Unani Medical Colleges and Nursing / Physiotherapy Colleges / Institutes of West Bengal during the academic session 2014-2015 through Joint Entrance Test-2014 (JENPARH-2014) to be conducted by West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board.

Examination and Question Pattern :
A written test will be conducted in
- Paper – I : Biological Sciences - 100 marks (11 a.m. – 1 p.m.);
- Paper – II : Physics & Chemistry – 100 marks (2 p.m. – 4 p.m.).
Residential Criteria :
(b) Nursing : For admission to government colleges, the candidates either have been residing in the State of West Bengal uninterruptedly for not less than 10 years as on 31.12.2012 or their parents must be permanent residents in the State of West Bengal having their permanent home addresses in the State of West Bengal. However, candidates of States other than West Bengal may be considered for admission to non-government Nursing Colleges / Institutions.
(a) B.H.M.S., B.A.M.S., B.U.M.S. and B.P.T.: Candidates must have been residing in the State of West Bengal uninterruptedly for a minimum period of 10 (Ten) years as on 31.12.2012 or their parents must be permanent residents of West Bengal having their permanent home addresses in the State of West Bengal.
Reservation of seats : For SC/ST /PC candidates State Government rules will be followed.

Intending candidates shall have to apply in the prescribed Application Form which along with Information Brochure will be available w.e.f. 05.05.2014 to 27.05.2014 from the Branch Offices of Allahabad Bank Branches at Jadavpur (Bagha Jatin)) / Sealdah / Salt Lake (BD Block) / Lake Town / BBD Bagh (Stiphen House)) / Behala / Shyambazar / Howrah (Station) / Sonarpur / Chinsurah / Barrackpore / Barasat (Champadali) / Burdwan (B C Rd) / Durgapur (Benachiti) / Purulia / Raiganj / Balurghat / Jalpaiguri / Midnapur / Tamluk / Haldia / Krishnanagar / Baharampur / Malda / Coochbehar / Siliguri / Kurseong / Suri / Bankura / Asansol (G T Rd)) / Kakdwip / Raghunathganj on all working days on payment of Rs. 500/- (Rupees five hundred only) and Rs 6 (Rupees Six only) for Service Charges in CASH.Download Application Form

Print the e-challan and deposit application fee in any of the designated branches of Allahabad Bank (Refer to page 3). Receive your copy of JENPARH-2014 Information Brochure from the bank counter.
The form is generated with a unique APPLICATION NUMBER, your NAME, your DATE OF BIRTH and your GENDER printed on it. Other personal data are to be entered by you.
Use a blue/ black ball point pen to fill up the form Read the Information Brochure carefully before filling up the Application Form.
Seat reservation for OBC-A and OBC-B category candidates, if any, will be notified later by the regulatory authority. If no such notification is published by the regulatory authority, OBC-A and OBC-B category candidates will be treated as General category candidates.
All reserved category candidates have to show their original certificates during counselling.
PWD is the short form of Person with Disability (physically challenged people). PWD candidates have to show their original certificates during counselling.
Candidates domiciled in West Bengal must produce Residential certificates signed by competent authority [refer to Information Brochure) in prescribed proforma as given in Annexure I.
If the candidate is residing in West Bengal continuously for the last ten years as on 31.12.2013, he / she should use either Proforma type-A OR Proforma type-B.
If the candidate is not residing in West Bengal but whose parent[s) is/ are permanent resident(s) of West Bengal having their permanent home address within the state, he / she should use Proforma type-C.
Candidates seeking admission to Govt. Colleges have to show their Residential certificates during counselling.
Zone code is a one digit number and refers to the location where the applicant wants his] her allocation of Examination Centre. Please refer to the Information Brochure for the examination zones and their codes.
Applicant has to paste his/ her two recent photographs on the Form, put his] her signature at three (3) places on the Form. His father/ mother/ guardian has to sign the Form at one (1) place. Place the 18* page of the duly filled-in Application Form along with the WBJEEB copy of the e-challan in an A4 - size envelope, seal it and send it by SPEED POST only adress below:
01. Please write "JENPARH-2014" on top of the envelope.
02. Please do not send any certificate in the envelope.
03. Please do not staple the e-challan copy with the 18′ page of the Application Form.
Keep a photocopy of the duly filled-in Application Form. Preserve the SPEED POST receipt and your copy of the e-challen duly stamped by the bank branch. These items will be checked by the Board in case your Application Form is lost in transit.
